1. Made-to-Order Policy
All items are individually crafted based on your custom design and specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refund is not appliable. We are unable to accept exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
2. Important Information Before Ordering
Please carefully review and confirm all customization details before placing your order.
Once your design is approved, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
After an order enters production, it is considered final. Returns will not be accepted, except in cases involving verified quality issues.
A design preview will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If we do not receive a response within 5 days, the design will be automatically considered approved to avoid delays in production.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations(Unless due to quality defects)
- Change of mind or personal preference (including style, color, or design choices)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. sizing or customization details)
- Requests for modification after production has already started
- Low-quality or unclear images submitted by the customer
Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, fading, or oxidation over time)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations
4. Eligible Cases for Exchange (Quality Issues Only)
We will offer a replacement if the product has a confirmed defect, including:
- Structural or craftsmanship issues (e.g. breakage, loose components, sharp edges)
- Significant design errors (e.g. incorrect engraving, major color discrepancies)
5. Quality Issue Resolution Process
If you believe your item has a defect, please follow the steps below:
- Inspect your item within 7 days of delivery
- Contact our customer support team with a clear description of the issue, along with photos or videos
- Our team will review your case within 72 hours
- If approved, return the item in its original packaging (shipping fee to be paid upfront and reimbursed after inspection)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Replacement processing time: approximately 7–10 business days
If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
